Standard Delivery: We will process and deliver your package within 2 - 8 business days. All order processing occurs on business days only, (Monday through Friday).

In the Continental U.S. we are happy to offer our customers 4 different methods to choose from. Please note that the shipping/handling charges are approximate because of varying weight of packages and destinations.

• $10.00 to $15.00 for shipping and handling.
• Allow 4 business days for processing / delivery of your order.

• $15.00 to $25.00 for shipping and handling.
• Allow 3 business days for processing / delivery of your order.

• $25.00 to $35.00 shipping and handling charges.
• Allow 2 business days for processing / delivery of your order.

Express Delivery: Available only in the contiguous U. S. There is no 3-day, 2-day, or overnight delivery to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO, or U.S Territory addresses.

APO/FPO Addresses: APO and FPO (U.S Military) addresses are considered domestic and will ship U.S. Priority Mail only.

U.S. Territory Addresses: Guam, Virgin Islands, Puerto Rico and Saipan addresses follow guidelines for domestic shipments and will ship U.S. Priority Mail only.

After you place the order, we will calculate shipping costs then e-mail you the information. We WILL NOT ship your order until we get your approval.

Estimated Delivery Time: 15 business days for international orders. We will ship within 48 hours. UPS estimates delivery of 3-4 business days to customs, and 2-3 business days for delivery after customs. Please contact your local customs office for details on customs times and possible delays.

Customs & Duties: Customs and import duties are charged to the customer once the package reaches the destination country. They are the customers responsibility, and vary from country to country. Customers accept all responsibility to follow up with local postal services and customs once UPS makes delivery to the destination country. If a customer refuses shipment due to customs and import duties, we can not refund the merchandise purchase price.

Shipping Method: We ship all international orders via Global Express Mail (USPS for Canada). These shipments require a physical address. P.O. Box addresses will not be accepted.

Back-Ordered & Out-of-Stock Items: Occasionally we have out-of-stock or back-ordered items. We don't ship partial shipments internationally. We'll contact you within 24 hours of receiving the order regarding any items that are out-of-stock or back-ordered.

U.S. Embassy & Consulate Shipments: Packages shipping to U.S. Embassy or Consulate addresses are considered international.

At Sex Toy Ecstacy we take great pride in our reputation for quality and excellent value. If for any reason you are dissatisfied with a purchase within 5 days of receipt, we will assist you with a prompt refund or exchange. No sale is final.**

** Note: By law, there are restrictions on the return of some intimate garments.

1. Any garment containing a crotch cannot be returned once they have been removed from their package. They cannot be returned since they may have been tried on and/or worn.
2. Panty garments and hosiery are not eligible for a refund under any circumstances except for product defects and then only for an exchange. Due to the nature of hosiery products, we cannot accept returns of hosiery that has been tried on, as they stretch out to conform to your shape.
3. Special orders, custom orders or special sale items can only be exchanged for other merchandise. These items are non-refundable unless defective in workmanship.

HALLOWEEN COSTUME POLICY: October 1 to 31st, all sales are final except for exchanges.

CHRISTMAS COLLECTION POLICY: December 1st to 24th, all sales are final except for exchanges.

VALENTINE COLLECTION POLICY: January 15th to February 14th, all sales are final except for exchanges.

Note: These Policies override any other return policy mentioned on the website.

Return/exchange the merchandise within 5 days of receipt for a refund (minus shipping costs and restocking fees). A 25% restocking fee (minimum of $10.00) will apply.

Follow these steps for Returns / Exchanges:

1. Products must be in their original packaging, with original tags and unworn.
2. You will need a Return Material Authorization. (RMA)
3. Please e-mail info@sextoyecstasy.com. Monday - Friday 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. EST to obtain the RMA.
4. Securely package the item(s) to be returned / exchanged.
5. Print your name, the word RETURN, and RMA clearly the package.
6. Include your packing slip, invoice or a note indicating the product numbers and why you are returning the item(s).
7. Include a daytime phone number, in case we run out of certain items during peak times and we need to contact you for an alternate choice.
8. Return your package to us using the mail carrier of your choice.
9. To order a replacement item, or if you have any questions, contact the Customer Care Department at info@sextoyecstasy.com, Monday - Friday 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. EST

1. Shipping and handling charges are not reimbursed.
2. All returns will be credited to the original form of payment.
3. Please allow two billing cycles for a credit card refund.
4. Return merchandise within 5 days of receipt to ensure proper credit.

Damaged Goods: If your merchandise arrives damaged, please call us immediately. Keep the packaging material because the carrier often needs to study it when a damage claim report is submitted. ALL carriers only process claims within 14 days of delivery, so contact us immediately. We will be the party responsible for filing the claim. After the 14 days, the customer is responsible for the damaged goods.
